Background

David A. Miller established the practice in 1992 after extensive experience with larger law firms, with the primary mission of providing quality, responsive service to small businesses and individuals. His prior experience also included serving as corporate counsel to one of the world's largest aerospace companies (in Washington, D.C.). He has also served as a staff attorney with both the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S Department of Justice.

Mr. Miller earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (Baltimore), and his undergraduate degree from Tulane University (New Orleans).

Mr. Miller is an active member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association.

Community Service
Beyond periodic legal seminars and free clinics, Mr. Miller serves as legal counsel and member of the Board of Directors for LCDC, a non-profit school and training center for the treatment of autistic and behavior-disordered children.
